Orders ship from China. We offer shipping to available destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and selected shipping method. The available rate and final charge shown at checkout apply to the order.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

• United States: Standard Tracked, approximately 7–12 business days; Express, approximately 4–8 business days.
• Canada: Standard Tracked, approximately 10–14 business days; Express, approximately 5–10 business days.
• United Kingdom: Standard Tracked, approximately 5–8 business days; Express, approximately 3–6 business days.
• European Union: Standard Tracked, approximately 7–14 business days; Express, approximately 5–10 business days.
• Australia and New Zealand: Standard Tracked, approximately 7–12 business days; Express, approximately 5–10 business days.
• Japan and South Korea: Standard Tracked, approximately 6–10 business days; Express, approximately 3–7 business days.
• Other available destinations: Standard Tracked, approximately 10–20 business days; Express, approximately 7–15 business days.

Transit-time estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing, customs clearance, public holidays or delays affecting remote areas.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary based on product availability, order details and seasonal demand. Custom and wholesale orders follow the schedule confirmed in the quotation.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is sent after dispatch. If your order appears delayed, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at andy@choizin.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos where applicable.

Customs, duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and other destination-country fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders over 10 KG

Orders above 10 KG may require a manual shipping quotation. We will confirm the shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time before dispatch.

Address changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an address change or cancellation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
