What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product link or product name, target quantity, customization requirements, preferred colors or finishes, packaging needs, and delivery country or postal code. Reference images or artwork are also helpful for custom projects.
Can I order multiple colors or product styles in one project?
In many cases, this can be arranged. Please specify the quantity required for each color or style. We will confirm the most suitable ordering arrangement based on the selected products and total quantity.
Will I receive confirmation before bulk production begins?
For custom projects, product details, quotation terms, and relevant artwork requirements are confirmed before production. Sample or pre-production approval can be discussed when applicable.

How long do production and shipping take?
Production time depends on the product, order quantity, customization complexity, and material availability. Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method. Your quotation will include the applicable production schedule and shipping options.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. CHOIZIN can review shipping options for international destinations based on your order volume, delivery location, budget, and requested delivery timeframe.

Retail Orders
Most products on our website can be purchased directly online for personal use, gifts and small business needs. Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and shipped from China to destinations worldwide.
Shipping
- Worldwide shipping is available from China.
- Shipping cost, available carriers and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout or confirmed after the order is placed.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, local customs clearance, carrier capacity and seasonal demand.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including postal code and phone number where required.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Retail orders may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included parts.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund where applicable.
Custom & Wholesale Orders
For custom logo, artwork, packaging, OEM/ODM or bulk orders, please use Request a Quote or contact us on WhatsApp before placing an order.
- MOQ: Starting from 100 pcs.
- Sample lead time: approximately 3–7 days.
- Bulk production lead time: approximately 10–30 days after artwork and order confirmation.
- Freight cost, production schedule and delivery time are confirmed in the quotation.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed production, quality or shipping error.
All delivery estimates are for reference only and may vary based on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements and destination.
