• Worldwide shipping is available from China.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including postal code and phone number where required.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Retail orders may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included parts.

• Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund where applicable.

For custom logo, artwork, packaging, OEM/ODM or bulk orders, please use Request a Quote or contact us on WhatsApp before placing an order.

• MOQ: Starting from 100 pcs.
• Sample lead time: approximately 3–7 days.
• Bulk production lead time: approximately 10–30 days after artwork and order confirmation.
• Freight cost, production schedule and delivery time are confirmed in the quotation.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed production, quality or shipping error.
